Sustainability Is Sexy is a Seattle-based environmental organization. Our mission is to encourage environmentally friendly business practices and consumer habits - without significantly increasing financially costs. We achieve this through media promotion, organizing public campaigns on targeted issues, educating consumers and businesses through public speaking, and mobilizing young adult consumers in the marketplace.
Sustainability is Sexy began as a student run program at the University of Washington in January 2007. Since then, it has appeared at numerous other corporate and campus-run programs and events.
